● 30 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE

 

 

During the first 30-day period from the date of picking up your puppy,

GNPoodles will cover up to $500.00 for treatable conditions/illnesses that occurred due to the flight or environmental changes such as loss or lack of appetite, cold, diarrhea, vomiting, skin disease or parasites.

 

Please note that we are ONLY responsible for the treatments; we are NOT liable for any other veterinarian fees (examination fee, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, blood test, other regular check-ups) and other costs incurred.

 

This guarantee does NOT cover illnesses, injuries or deaths caused by the Buyer’s negligence or carelessness (late airport pick-up, falls, hypoglycemia or overeating due to improper feeding including the wrong amount of food, et cetera).

 

Since they are living animals, please follow our instructions for the first 30 days after picking up your puppy: feed the specified type and amount of food, and avoid giving baths, taking them for a walk or contact with other dogs or cats.

 

A medical report (medical records) written by a licensed veterinarian that confirms there was/is no fault of the owner (the Buyer) must be attached when making a claim within seventy-two (72) hours of an initial diagnosis.

Original photo(s) of the puppy must be included.
