💗 Puppy Reservation & Payment Terms

♡ 1. Unborn Puppy Join the waitlist for a future litter. Once puppies are born and a puppy is selected or assigned, a 50% deposit based on the total purchase price is due. The remaining balance must be paid before the puppy goes home.

♡ 2. Available Puppy Reserve an available puppy with a 50% deposit based on the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

♡ 3. Full Payment Purchase an available puppy without a reservation by paying the full purchase price. The puppy is not reserved until payment arrangements are confirmed by GN Poodles.

🐾 Waitlist Communication Terms

GN Poodles may contact you by email, text, or phone regarding puppy availability. Please respond to availability messages within 72 hours. If you do not respond, a puppy may be offered to another family. Repeated failure to respond or declining three available puppies that match your agreed preferences may affect your waitlist status, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
